Tucker Carlson is a journalist, author, political commentator, and columnist. He has amassed a number of fans over the years and many are of the opinion he should run for president in 2024, an opinion he didn’t respond to it or indicate interest in.

Tucker Carlson was born in 1969 in California, where he lives with his brother Buckley and his father Dick Carlson. His mother McNear Lombardi left when Tucker was 6 years old. Dick Carlson worked as a journalist and the director of Voice of America during the last years of the Cold War while Lombardi was an artist.

Tucker initially wanted to work with the CIA but he was rejected, his father asked him to take journalism.

“You should consider journalism,” his father told him, according to Columbia Journalism Review. “They’ll take anybody.”

His career went upwards and people couldn’t help but fall in love with the commentator who feared no one.

People fell in love with his bold comments, but his brightly colored bow tie didn’t leave unnoticed.

“If you wear a bow tie, it’s like [wearing] a middle finger around your neck; you’re just inviting scorn and ridicule… the number of people screaming the F-word at me… it wore me down after a while so I gave in and became conventional,” Tucker said.

In 1991, Tucker Carlson got married to his 10th-grade sweetheart, Susan Anderson.

Tucker told People in 2000, “She was the cutest 10th grader in America.

There was a bounce in his walk. He was in his khaki pants and ribbon belt and I thought, even then, he seemed so optimistic and positive,” said Susan.

They have been married for over 30 years and they can’t imagine their life far apart without each other.

They have four children, a son named Buckley and three daughters, Lillie, Hopie, Dorothy.

Tucker on the screens sure looks like a tough person, but he’s a doting father and a lovable husband.

He spend a lot of time with his son fishing, and his oldest daughter lilies also appeared in the text published in the New York Times in 2005, where he wrote how she played with an alligator until the guide asked her to stop.

Carlson opened up on why he stopped his son from watching Oprah Winfrey’s show

“When I had a son, I stopped watching Oprah because it was just too anti-male, and I felt like I did not want to bring him up in a home where Oprah was constantly attacking men, And remember, keep your boys away from Oprah or it will make them feel bad about being male. It’s absolutely true.

Keep your girls away from rap, keep your boys away from Oprah. And everybody will be fine.
