Vivian Wilson is keeping it real when it comes to her billionaire father’s growing family tree.
The 21-year-old estranged daughter of Tesla CEO Elon Musk took to TikTok to reveal the shocking way she learned of Musk’s alleged thirteenth child.
“Wow, if I had a nickel for every time I found out I had half-siblings through Reddit, I’d have two nickels,” Wilson wrote in a TikTok video of herself.
The video comes just one day after author Ashley St. Clair claimed in a Feb. 14 post on X that she welcomed a baby with Musk five months ago.
“I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause,” St. Clair wrote.
“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment,” she continued. “For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.”
Wilson, who is one of six children Musk shares with ex-wife Justine Wilson, clarified her comment in a follow-up TikTok video posted Feb. 16.
She recalled scrolling through a Ru Paul’s Drag Race subreddit forum when she came across a tweet about Grimes having a child with Musk.
Wilson noted that the incident occurred in 2022 — when Musk and Grimes welcomed their third child together, a son named Techno Mechanicus.

“At the time, me and Grimes … are not talking,” Wilson recalls of learning about the baby.
“And I had no idea of this at the time because no one thought to let me know,” she continued. “At the moment, I’m just in complete shock and I don’t believe it, so I double check it on the news.”
Wilson goes on to defend Grimes, who also shares son X Æ A-Xii and daughter Exa Dark Sideræl with Musk, for “forgetting” to tell her about Techno.
“I’m going to reiterate, we did not talk at the time and she was very occupied especially emotionally. It makes sense she just forgot to tell someone,” Wilson wrote in the comments of her Feb. 16 post.

Musk has yet to comment on St. Clair’s claims of welcoming a child together, but the author doubled down on her tweet in a follow-up post.
“In all sincerity, appreciate the kind words. Wish I did not feel the need to make a statement. Kids should be off limits for journalists,” St. Clair wrote on X, several hours after her revelation.
“Will be spending time with my family & logging off for a while,” she concluded.

The news comes more than 20 years after Musk welcomed his first child with Canadian author Justine Wilson — whom he was married to until 2008, per People.
Their son, Nevada Alexander, was born in 2002 but tragically died 10 weeks later. They welcomed twins Vivian and Griffin several years later, followed by triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian.
In addition to his three children with Grimes, Musk also shares three children with Shivon Zilis.
They welcomed twins, son Strider and daughter Azure, in November 2021, just one month before Grimes gave birth to Exa Dark Sideræl.
Musk confirmed the arrival of his 12th child — third with Zilis — in June 2024.
