As the atmosphere buzzed with anticipation, Barron Trump greeted Joe Biden and Kamala Harris with a respectful handshake shortly after his father, Donald Trump, was inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States.
Barron, the youngest of the Trump family, found himself in the spotlight as he came face to face with Joe Biden, moments after Donald Trump’s swearing-in ceremony.
Donald Trump, at the distinguished age of 78, took the oath today at the Capitol Building, overseen by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.
With a firm hand raised, Donald Trump pledged his vows, accompanied by his wife, Melania Trump, who held two significant books: one from Trump’s mother and the iconic Lincoln Bible, famously used by Abraham Lincoln in 1861.
Before the grand ceremony began, the Trump family made a formal procession into the Capitol Rotunda, taking their places to witness the historic event unfold.
Included in the gathering were Donald Trump’s sons, Eric and Donald Jr., along with his daughter, Ivanka Trump.
Nonetheless, it was Barron’s gracious demeanor that caught the attention of those watching, earning admiration for his courtesy.
He was observed offering a polite handshake to the outgoing President Joe Biden and former Vice-President Kamala Harris, following his father’s inauguration ceremony.
Lip-reading expert Jeremy Freeman disclosed that the 18-year-old respectfully greeted Mr. Biden with, “G’day to you, sir,” followed by a cordial, “Ma’am, good day,” directed towards Kamala Harris.
The video showing Barron’s composed conduct created a stir online, with many applauding him for his “class,” according to reports by the Irish Star.
Comments such as “Barron has been raised right,” emerged in response. Another voice echoed: “Barron Trump 2044 campaign starts now.”
