Shemar Moore will turn 53 in a few months, but that won’t stop him from creating a family with his fiancée, Desiree Dizon. The couple just announced that they are expecting their first child together, and they celebrated the news with a fantastic gender reveal party.
Moore, best known for his role on S.W.A.T. as Sergeant II Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson, revealed the news during a recent visit on The Jennifer Hudson Show. He also mentioned his mother, who died three years ago on February 8th, and said he’ll be fulfilling one of her ambitions.
“My mother is in heaven now; her third anniversary is on February 8th. And on February 8th, I will fulfill one of her fantasies. Because Shemar Moore is going to become a father in real life!” he told Hudson and her audience, which exploded in delight, clapping, and cheers.
Shemar Moore and Jesiree Dizon began dating after he divorced Anabelle Acosta. Moore’s relationship with Dizon is unknown, although the 39-year-old model/actress has appeared in various Hollywood shows, including Hawaii Five-0, CSI: NY, True Blood, Solver, and others.
Moore has had a long and successful acting career, appearing in shows such as The Young and the Restless, Criminal Minds, S.W.A.T., and Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Before meeting Dizon, Moore has previously dated Halle Berry, Toni Braxton, and Shawna Gordon, in addition to Acosta.

This is a historic day. “Today, your buddy Shemar Moore is about to find out whether he’ll be a daddy to a little girl or a young boy,” he stated at the beginning of the video. “I did it, Mama. Mama is in a better place. I miss her. “I wish she could be here.”
He then reveals the possible names of his son, Legend, and his daughter, Frankie. A chopper soared over the actor’s house shortly after, leaving a trail of pink smoke – IT’S GOING TO BE A BABY GIRL! According to Dizon’s comments in the video, this may not be the couple’s final child.
“I’m ecstatic. I’m worried. I’d like a boy since my boy is simple and I could have ten of him. But I’m hoping for a girl so we can have another child. Because if I have a boy, we’re done, and that’s not alright with me,” Dizon explained, adding that she wants her kid to be happy and healthy.
