Many people were aware of Jamie Foxx’s hospitalization because of its media attention. But neither the musician nor a representative has addressed the illness that put the movie star in a hospital bed.
However, more information is now available on the mystery illness the actor experienced.
Last month, Jamie Foxx was admitted to a hospital in Atlanta. According to recent reports, the 55-year-old actor receives physical therapy in Chicago. Corinne Foxx and Anelise Bishop, two of Foxx’s kids, were spotted visiting him in the recovery center.
Foxx’s hospitalization was first mentioned in a report on April 12. The 55-year-old actor loves to lead a private life and refused to disclose details about what caused his hospitalization so nobody knew why he was there.
On May 3, Foxx finally broke his silence by writing a post on Instagram to express his gratitude for the love he was getting. “Thank you for the love, everyone!” Foxx captioned the “Feeling blessed” picture and added a few emoticons.
The movie actor has reportedly been a patient at the rehab center since late April, according to claims from TMZ. It was also mentioned that the rehabilitation center he was at specialized in treating stroke, spinal trauma, and traumatic brain injury victims.
There has been a lot of conjecture regarding Foxx because of his recent health issue. Some websites and publications claimed that his family was “getting ready for the worst.”
Corinne Foxx, however, shot down these allegations. “Sad to see how the media is out of control,” she stated. “My father has been recovering at home for several weeks. In actuality, he practiced pickleball yesterday! I appreciate the prayers and assistance of everyone.”
Foxx’s health has been the subject of a lot of rumors, but thus yet, only a few trustworthy sources have provided an official statement. What Kevin Hart did know about the actor’s health was revealed in a podcast.
He declared, “I think the dope thing is that he’s getting better in his situation, and everybody’s prayers, love, energy, all that stuff is seen and felt.”
“I don’t know the exact details as to what’s going on, but to my knowledge, there has been a lot of advancement, and things have gotten much better,” he continued. “My sympathies and energy are with him.”
