Will, Michael Weatherly’s younger brother, passed away.
The NCIS alum and Bull actor broke the terrible news on social media on Saturday that his sibling had passed away on April 20. He omitted to mention the cause of death.
Weatherly posted a picture of the two brothers and the caption, “My younger brother Will Weatherly gave his last breath on April 20th, 2023, and now continues his journey through the universe. He has always enjoyed traveling. For friends and family, saying goodbye is difficult, but we know his memories will bring a smile. Peace be with you, brother.”
Fans and friends sent condolences to Weatherly, and Tess Rutherford, a co-star on NCIS, also sent a greeting.
“Michael, you were always there for him. Brother, rest in peace. I hope you’re now twirling with the angels. Painless,” wrote Rutherford.
Despite the actor’s attempts to keep his personal life quiet, it is well-known that he is one of six children, including four half-sisters. He occasionally shares a vintage photo of himself with his siblings on social media.
He traveled to Thailand in March with his sister Leigh.
