Jase Robertson provided fans with an update on his daughter Mia’s most recent surgical treatment.
Mia required 14 surgical procedures to repair her cleft lip and palate.
“She’s doing very well.”
“She’s done a 180,” Jase said in an episode of his podcast “UNASHAMED.” “Everything seems to be in good working order.”
“The surgery took a little longer than expected,” he explained, “but she is now back home and healing.” “I appreciate your prayers for both her and our family. She is a triumphant fighter!”
Although it is unknown whether this will be Mia’s final operation, the 18-year-old patient seemed optimistic about the prospect.
She announced on social media that she had “Surgery 14!” “This is, God willing, the last time I’ll see my doctors in this setting!” We arrived at our destination after a long and difficult journey:)”
Mia founded the Mia Moo Foundation in 2014 to raise public awareness and financial resources to provide medical treatment options for infants born with cleft lip and palate.
“Mia went to see her surgeon, Dr. David Genecov, and the rest of his staff to schedule a major surgery. Dr. David Genecov, as well as nurses Kelly and Jeanette, have cared for her for most of her life.”
“What a blessing it is to see these familiar faces and hear their beautiful greetings and genuine interest in her activities and interests every time we have to make these trips,” the post says.
“It’s been a relief for this mother, especially since I know that each visit means more changes, discomfort, and risk for my child,” the woman said. “Having this has been reassuring.”
The Robertsons have never shied away from discussing their faith, and they have never missed an opportunity to thank God for those who have assisted Mia during her recovery.
“However, despite the difficulties, I take comfort in knowing that God has guided us to the best group to give my child the best chance of success.” This period is like any other.”
