Experiences can affect a person’s well-being and outlook on life. Stress and traumatic experiences can have negative effects on physical and mental health.
People under stress tend to have a different view of things, and their thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors are also affected.
In the case of Phoebe, a seventy-six-year-old woman, her decision to move from Vermont after living there for forty-nine years was a major change.
This had such a huge impact on her that she described it as devastating, even getting sick from it. After the period of treatment and recovery, she received another terrible blow when she lost her son.
All these events, to which was added Phoebe’s age, left deep marks on her appearance.
After watching several beauty videos, Phoebe decided to visit Christopher Hopkins, also known as Makeover Guy. She was impressed by the transformations that other women went through under the magical hands of Christopher and felt that she desperately needed a fresh start.
At the beginning of the video, Phoebe is introduced before the beauty session. Later, a different Phoebe is shown to us without glasses, wearing lighter and more colorful clothes, all complemented by a new hairstyle and a hair color that highlights her features.
“I feel pretty good right now, I’m living every day to the fullest and I’m enjoying a new beginning in life.”
The transformation has had a positive effect on Phoebe, and her happiness is obvious. In fact, Phoebe herself confesses that she feels rejuvenated. Full confidence in Christopher’s abilities gave her the change she needed to be happy again.
It’s amazing how a simple visit to a talented stylist can completely change your mood and can be a decisive factor in regaining your self-confidence.
