According to People, Larry thought he was the father of Dannielynn and not Howard K. Stern, Smith’s legal advisor, who was named the father on the birth certificate.
Sadly, during the intense paternity dispute, Smith died in February 2007 from an accidental overdose just a few months after giving birth to Dannielynn, according to Insider.
The paternity dispute was finally resolved in April 2007, according to The Guardian, when Larry was identified as the child’s father. Dannielynn has avoided the spotlight since Smith’s passing and the conclusion of the paternity test, and she has an excellent reason to do so.
When your parents are in the public eye, it can be challenging to lead a regular life, but Dannielynn Birkhead has tried her best. Despite receiving job offers in the entertainment sector since 2007, she has reportedly kept quiet, according to Fox News.
