A second tragic death in Sharon Stone’s family has left her in deep sorrow.
According to Page Six, the celebrity is lamenting the loss of her brother Patrick Stone, who passed away on Sunday at the age of 57.
It happens approximately two years to the day after River, her nephew, and Patrick’s kid passed away in August 2021 from total organ failure at the age of 11 months.
According to TMZ, Patrick passed away suddenly from heart problems. It is yet unknown if the unfortunate incident happened at his house or when he was hospitalized.
In addition to his sisters Sharon and Kelly Stone and brother Michael Stone, who has worked as an actor and appeared in films including The Quick and the Dead (1995), Eraser (1996), and Renaissance Man (2021), Patrick is survived by his wife Tasha and their two daughters, Hunter and Kaylee.
The star of Basic Instinct has not yet spoken out about the unexpected death, but Patrick’s widow is said to have told friends and family about it by writing: “My heart feels like it’s been ripped out of my chest. Patrick moved in with our adorable River. He was my world, therefore I’m at a loss for words.”
She said, “I just hope that you always stay by my side, watching over Hunter, Kaylee, and me. I’m not sure how life is supposed to look without my husband by my side, and quite honestly, I don’t want to.”
“I will always cherish you and our amazing (and some not-so-wonderful, but just as essential) memories near to my heart and revisit those times until we are reunited. I love you, my sweetheart. Through it all, I’ve hoped that River at least has his father with him.”
The actress revealed River’s passing in 2021 by posting a video of the small child and writing, “River William Stone. Sept. 8, 2020 – Aug. 30, 2021.”
The celebrity withheld the cause of her nephew’s organ failure from the general public.
