Lisa Marie Presley died on Thursday due to cardiac arrest, and many of Hollywood’s most renowned personalities have shared their condolences. The beloved daughter of rock and roll legend Elvis Presley died at 54.
Priscilla Presley, the singer’s mother, informed the Associated Press shortly after the singer was placed on life support.
“It is with a heavy heart that I must deliver the devastating news that my beloved daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” Priscilla said in her statement. “It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that my lovely daughter Lisa Marie has left us.” “She was the most ardent, powerful, and loving woman I’d ever met,” I once said.
Singer LeAnn Rimes has stated her wish that Elvis Presley is now “at peace” with her father and her son Benjamin, who committed suicide in 2020.
“Lisa Marie Presley… how heartbreaking,” she tweeted. “I hope she can find peace in the embrace of her father. My heartfelt condolences go out to her and her family. Too much heartbreak in a short period.”
Jennifer Tilly, an actress, posted a recent photo of Elvis’ tombstone after learning of the singer’s death.
She captioned the photo on Twitter, “Oddly, I was just at Graceland yesterday and snapped this picture.” “The tour guide told us that she would occasionally hold dinners in the dining room and that she once had a party for her friends in the plane named after her. Rip, beautiful soul.”
Pink also called Lisa Marie “one of a kind” in an emotional Instagram tribute, describing her as having “no equivalent.”
“Oh, this one hurts my heart. Lisa Marie, you were genuinely one in a million. Funny as s-t, smart as a whip, sensitive, talented, witty, cruel, loving, generous, judgmental but always right, loyal, and you adored your children,” she captioned a photo of the two of them together.
“My heart breaks for you, your lovely family, and your children. I pray for you all. The world was robbed of a beautiful diamond today. I pray to God to grant you eternal rest, dear friend.”
