In an Instagram Story photo, Amanda may be seen posing in front of a Hogwarts Express display at Universal Orlando Resort. Eric, nine, seemed so grown up in the photo, dressed in a bright red pullover, navy shorts, and sporty sneakers.
Lauren, his adoring mother, stood behind him, a soothing hand on his shoulder. Amanda was also seen in the photo with her 11-year-old daughter Hollie. The beloved broadcaster dressed casually yet stylishly for the family outing, wearing an Adidas sports cap, a white T-shirt, and aviator sunglasses.
On the other hand, Hollie looked like a stylish teen in an asymmetrical denim skirt and a candy cane-striped top.
Simon and Lauren welcomed their first child together on February 14, 2014. Fans wonder if Eric will become a big brother after the TV star mentioned extending his family. Lauren said in 2015, “I think if you only have one child, a girl would be lovely.”
“When I was pregnant with Eric, the doctors informed me he was a girl. But he had just tricked them. A couple of options were floating about, but we had our name in mind, and it would be wonderful to have a girl.”
“The only problem is that I will feel sorry for her when she is older because she won’t be able to leave the house, and no man would dare to come near here because Simon would be so protective,” she humorously added.
In a 2018 interview, Simon said, “If you’d asked me five years ago if I’d have one now, I’d be thinking, ‘I might have left it a bit late.’”
“However, once you’ve had one, how could you imagine him not being here? So it happens when it happens.”
“I can’t really think about life before Eric, so yes, I would consider another child,” the TV personality concluded.
